Customers need to verify that all technical information meets their expectations at the time of purchase. Purchases made on our website are final, with no exchanges, refunds, or cash back. Exchanges will only be possible if your order arrives at the final destination damaged, broken, or with the wrong reference.


Acceptance or refusal of your order

Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order on each page of the order process.


After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. However, order acceptance and completion of the contract will only occur when we send you an e-mail that confirms that the products have been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation).


If we are unable to supply you with a product, for example, because the product is not in stock or no longer available we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the product, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.
